Email Alerts

  1. Open Your Project

    • Select the project you want to integrate with Email. Open Your Project

  2. Navigate to Integration

    • Go to the “Integration” tab. Navigate to Integration

  3. Configure Email Integration

    • In the Email section, click on “Configure” to start the integration process. Configure Email Integration

  4. Enter Email Addresses

    • Fill in the “Receiver List” field with the email addresses you want to receive notifications. Enter Email Addresses
    • You can add up to 5 email addresses. Add Up to 5 Email Addresses

  5. Save Your Settings

    • Click “Save” to save your email integration settings. Save Your Settings

  6. Integration Complete

    • Once configured, Retack.ai will send notifications for new issues to the email addresses you provided. Integration Complete
